How are Velobike cycles delivered?
All bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled in a protective heavy-duty box. We include a comprehensive tool kit and a step-by-step video guide to help you complete the final assembly of the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel in under 20 minutes.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the bike must be in new condition without significant wear.
Do Velobike frames come with a warranty?
Yes, every Velobike frame is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and suspension forks are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
How do I choose the right frame size?
You can refer to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. Simply input your height and inseam measurement, and our calculator will recommend the ideal frame size for your body geometry.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
