Returns & Exchanges

At Velobike, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all tags and components included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Velobike account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
