UCI Reach Gauge
A common question asked in the track cycling industry is if your cockpit reach is UCI legal. We developed this handy pocket sized tool to check!
How to measure:
- Press the Reach Gauge firmly onto the axle nut.
- Use the bubble indicator to ensure the gauge is level.
- Place the leading edge of the gauge against a flat vertical surface (such as a doorway or wall edge).
- Ensure the gauge makes contact with the wall before the handlebars do. If any part of the handlebars touches the wall first, your reach exceeds the UCI limit.
